Google Play Pass Now Available In India: 1000+ Apps & Games For Rs 99/Month | First Month Free!

Google Play has now introduced a new initiative – Google Play Pass. Subscribers to this service have access to many apps and games without ads, in-app purchases, or upfront payments.

Google Launches Play Pass Subscription

Play Pass is a subscription service for Android devices launched in India this week. It is already available in 90 countries and provides fine quality and a curated collection of 1000+ titles across 41 categories from developers across 59 countries. 

A Play Pass subscription offers multiple productivity-enhancing apps and games. The games include popular games like Jungle Adventures, World Cricket Battle 2, Monument Valley, and helpful apps like Utter, Unit Converter, and AudioLab. There also are other apps like Photo Studio Pro, Kingdom Rush Frontiers TD, and many more.

As per the blog by Google, “We will continue to work with global and local developers to add great new games and apps every month so that there is always something new to discover on Play Pass.”

The blog has stated that the products and programs that are being delivered are valuable in both users and developers’ eyes. The platform also has potential to reach users in 90 countries, and Indian developers will be offered all sorts of games and apps.

Play Pass Subscription: How To Avail?

The Play Pass subscription is for Rs. 99 per month or Rs. 899 for a year and comes with a free one-month trial. A prepaid one month subscription can also be availed for Rs. 109.

You can start your trial of Play Pass by following these steps – you need to start your trial first. For this, you should open the Play Store app on your Android device. Next, tap on your profile icon at the top right and the “Play Pass” option will appear. You can access the entire collection of games and apps through the Play Pass tab or look for the Play Pass “ticket” when browsing titles on the Play Store.

Additionally, there will also be a Google family group, where family managers can share their subscription with up to 5 family members.
