To launch the concept in the region, 3 Elements will hold its first retreat, My Bliss Journey, from April 8-10 at the five-star JA Beach Hotel in Jebel Ali. The three-day event promises to fully re-energise and balance guests and ensure they continue a fulfilling life journey.
The retreat will include a range of life-balancing experiences, including Music Mantra Meditation, Pranayama and Sunrise Yoga, Cacao & Letting Go Ceremony, Mindfulness and Sound Healing.
The wellness therapies will be led by experts certified in various disciplines, including holistic wellness, sound healing, crystal healing, mantra meditation and sound vibration, chocolate meditation, mind hacking session, pranayama and yoga, static dance meditation, cacao and fire ceremony, fulfilment therapy, art expression, journaling, mindful eating, and other natural healing therapies.
The retreat package includes three-day stay in a Seaview Room with breakfast, dinner and the 13 wellness experiences. Prices are Dh1,500 per person for single occupancy, Dh1,050 per person for double occupancy (two retreatants sharing) and Dh1,400 per person or double occupancy (one retreatant and one non-participant guest).
