- Normal: this is the default normal mode.

How to mark Email as Normal, Personal, Private or Confidential in Outlook

Change sensitivity level for a single email in Outlook
On yourĀ New EmailĀ window, click theĀ MessageĀ tab and select theĀ MoreĀ button in theĀ TagĀ group.
AĀ PropertiesĀ dialog box will open.
Click theĀ SensitivityĀ drop-down arrow and choose an option from the list (Normal,Ā Personal,Ā Private, orĀ Confidential).
Then click theĀ CloseĀ button.

Click theĀ FileĀ tab.
ClickĀ OptionsĀ on the backstage view.
