One UI 8 Beta Program Now Live for Galaxy S25 Series Users in India
Samsung expands Android 16-based beta program, allowing Indian users early access to new features
One UI 8 Beta reaches India
Samsung has officially launched the One UI 8 Beta Program for the Galaxy S25 series in India, allowing users to experience Android 16-based features ahead of the stable release.
- This expansion follows earlier rollouts in the US, UK, Germany, and South Korea.
- India now joins the beta phase, with Poland and Canada expected to follow soon.
Supported build versions in India
The update is available for all Galaxy S25 models, each receiving its own firmware version:
- Galaxy S25: S931BXXU4ZYF3
- Galaxy S25+: S936BXXU4ZYF3
- Galaxy S25 Ultra: S938BXXU4ZYF3
These builds include all the enhancements, bug fixes, and new UI elements introduced in the earlier beta updates.
How to join the Beta Program
To enroll in the One UI 8 Beta Program, follow these steps:
- Open the Samsung Members app
- Navigate to the Beta Program section
- If your device is eligible, tap the banner marked “Open”
- Read the instructions and tap “Join”
Once enrolled, your status will change to “Joined”, and you’ll be able to download the beta firmware via:
Settings > Software update > Download and install
