Flagships, foldables, tablets, and mid-range phones now getting the redesigned interface

One UI 7 introduces modern interface with dynamic elements

Samsung has begun rolling out One UI 7, its latest Android 15-based firmware, to a wide range of Galaxy smartphones and tablets.

  • The update brings a refreshed user interface, including a redesigned Quick Settings and Notification Panel.
  • Icons now feature dynamic color adaptation, and overall UI elements offer a more unified design across devices.

A key addition is the Now Bar, available throughout the Galaxy ecosystem.

  • On devices without an in-screen fingerprint reader, the lock screen layout adjusts accordingly, keeping the fingerprint prompt center-aligned on non-premium models.

Feature distribution based on hardware

While most devices gain core One UI 7 features, the availability of specific tools depends on individual hardware capabilities.

  • Samsung has optimized the update to deliver as many enhancements as possible, but not all features will be present on every model.
