2024 Ford Mustang makes its world premiere, deliveries to commence in the summer of 2023 in US. The new generation Mustang comes with a new design direction and offers latest tech. The Pony Car is available in two engine options.
While the new face of the ‘Stang looks aggressive, the muscular appearance has toned down a bit as it gets smooth lines across the body. The front profile gets a huge grille with sleek headlights and a chiseled out bumper. Similar to the front profile, the side profile appears similar to the front profile.
The tail lights might look similar but have an angular design making the rear profile sharper. Overall, it retains the retro appeal and the EcoBoost variants can now be distinguished easily with the V8 powered GT variants as the former gets simples styling details.
Interior is loaded with new features, gets BMW inspired digital cluster and infotainment
The interior is all-new, gets a new 3-spoke chunky steering wheel, new dashboard design and a huge panel of screen inspired by BMW. It gets a 12.4-inch all-digital instrument cluster along with a 13.2-inch SYNC4 touchscreen infotainment system.
One of the unique features of the new gen Mustang is that you can rev the car from the outside and showoff that throaty exhaust note with the key fob, interesting! It also comes with an electronic drift brake for those who love going sideways.
Engine options include 2.3-litre EcoBoost and 5.0-litre V8. Ford hasn’t revealed the performance figures yet. It will be available with a 10-speed automatic transmission as standard. For the purists, Ford is also offering a 6-speed manual gearbox with the V8 engine!
