New 3.753km anti-clockwise layout to host night race for Indian Racing League and F4 India in December
A New Street Racing Destination in the Making
In a major development for Indian motorsport, Racing Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (RPPL) has signed an MoU with the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to develop a new street circuit in Navi Mumbai.
- The 3.753km-long circuit will feature 14 turns
- Will run in an anti-clockwise direction
- Located around Palm Beach Road, alongside Nerul Lake
- Targeted to debut in December 2025
This will be the second street circuit added to the 2025 Indian Racing Festival calendar, following the recently announced Goa Street Circuit (Round 4, November 1-2).
Navi Mumbai to Host Night Race
Unlike the daytime event in Goa, the Navi Mumbai race will be held at night, continuing the successful format introduced at the Chennai night race last year.
- The event will host Round 5 (final round) of the Indian Racing League and F4 India Championship
- Aiming to become a landmark street racing venue for India
Night racing not only adds to the visual spectacle but also helps beat the high December heat, offering a better experience for fans and drivers alike.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expressed strong support for the event:
“The Mumbai Street Race marks a historic milestone in Maharashtra’s motorsport journey, showcasing our capability to host world-class events that drive tourism and generate jobs.”
This reflects the state’s intent to develop motorsport infrastructure while boosting economic and cultural impact.
Part of a Growing Indian Street Racing Ecosystem
The Indian Racing Festival is increasingly embracing street circuits — a model common in Formula E and F1 — to bring the action closer to fans.

- Prior street circuits include Hyderabad and Chennai, with Goa and Navi Mumbai now in the mix
