Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) launched the updated Ertiga this week for Rs 8.35 lakh.
First introduced in 2018, the MPV is now in its second generation and powered by a 1.5-litre K15C four-cylinder petrol engine with DualJet technology.

2022 Maruti Ertiga features a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, multi-function steering wheel, all power windows, power-operated ORVMs, push-button start/stop, automatic climate control, height-adjustable driver seat, seat belt height adjuster, TFT MID in the instrument console, and Suzuki Connect (connected car tech).
K15B engine delivers a maximum power output of 115 PS, or 10 PS more than the outgoing mill. It will be replaced by new 1.5-liter four-cylinder K15C DualJet petrol engine. A hybrid system is available to improve fuel efficiency.
Either a 5-speed manual transmission or a torque-converter automatic transmission will be available.
This will be the first time that a vehicle will be offered with a six-speed automatic transmission, and the new transmission is also expected to appear on other models, like the updated XL6 and new Brezza.
Trims & Grades
The manual version will be offered in LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+ trims, whereas the petrol automatic will be offered in VXi, ZXi and ZXi+ trims.
Besides the Tour M version, a factory-fitted CNG option will also be available on the 2022 Ertiga, exclusively with the manual gearbox in the VXi and ZXi grades.

Pearl Arctic White, Splendid Silver, Magma Grey, Auburn Red, Prime Oxford Blue, Pearl Dignity Brown, and Midnight Black are the paint schemes that will be available on the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga in 2022.
