Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 to make its debut at EICMA
Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 was teased officially for the first time. The much-awaited motorcycle will finally make its global debut at the EICMA show in Milan on 8th November at 4 PM IST.
It has been a long while since the Indian motorcycle maker has been testing the bike. The prototype test mules have given us a fair idea about how the bike would look like.
The teaser shows the rear profile of the flagship cruiser motorcycle finished in black, with fat rear tyre, circular LED tail light and a wide fuel tank.
It will be powered by the same 649cc parallel-twin engine that we have seen in the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650. This motor produces 47 BHP and 52 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
It’s likely to get a dual pod setup for the instrument cluster with semi-digital design and a Tripper navigation pod. The setup looks similar to its smaller sibling, the Meteor 350.
The RE Super Meteor 650 will likely make its Indian debut at the 2022 Rider Mania event in Goa, that is scheduled for between 18-20th November.
