You Can Convert Your Honda Activa To An Electric Scooter For Just Rs 39,000!

As the wave of electric vehicles is hitting the country in full force, many vehicle manufacturers are already investing heavily in the segment. This move is anticipated to bring pollution-free transportation to the country.

Affordability Is The Key

However, many questions remain unanswered regarding their affordability.

Honestly, the idea of electric scooters costing around Rs 1 lakh in India seems a bit uncomfortable for our buyers.

Starya Mobility has developed an electric kit that allows you to convert your existing scooter into an electric scooter while keeping affordability in mind.

How Much It Will Cost?

The idea seems too good to be true. However, all of these changes will cost half the price of a new electric scooter.

According to reports, this electric kit may be the ideal solution for lakhs of users who commute daily on scooters. For this, a conversion kit will be provided, which includes a battery and some other devices and costs around Rs 39,000. Moreover, it will consist of a motor of 6.0 KW that is connected to a controller of 250A.

Starya Mobility has now patented the motor, and it can provide a range of 75-80 kilometres. The new technology offers a speed of 75 kmph and acceleration of 0-40 kmph that can be accomplished in just 3.7 seconds, as per the manufacturer’s claims.

Considering the rise in petrol prices, Starya Mobility is likely to achieve significant success with this move. Only the consumers can decide the practicality of the kit and try it out, so the final say always goes to them.
