CoreOps.AI Raises $3.5 Mn To Modernise Legacy Systems With AI Agents

With fresh capital and growing demand, CoreOps.AI aims to modernize legacy systems and drive AI-led operational efficiency globally

CoreOps.AI Secures $3.5 Mn in Pre-Series A Round

Enterprise AI startup CoreOps.AI has raised $3.5 Mn (approx. INR 31 Cr) in a pre-Series A round led by Siana Capital Management, with participation from Kettleborough VC, Aroa Venture Partners, and a group of HNI investors.

The funding will be used to:

  • Expand engineering capabilities
  • Strengthen its AI platform stack
  • Scale its global delivery model

Founded in 2024 by Rajesh Janey, Ankur Sharma, Rajnish Gupta, and Rajiv Srivastava, CoreOps.AI is focused on streamlining enterprise workflows using AI, while helping companies integrate AI without disrupting existing infrastructure.

Purpose-Built AI Stack for Enterprise Transformation

CoreOps.AI offers a full suite of solutions aimed at automating complex business processes and accelerating digital transformation, including:

  • Enterprise AI consulting
  • Custom AI model development
  • Generative-AI integrations
  • End-to-end workflow automation
  • Full lifecycle support

Its flagship AI tools include:

  • AgentCORE: Deploys AI agents into ERP, CRM, and enterprise environments
  • CORESight: Offers real-time analytics and decision-making insights
  • DataCORE: Enables data unification, cleansing, and integration for reliable AI outputs

These modular offerings allow enterprises to embed AI deeply into their operations while preserving their legacy tech stacks.

Solving the Legacy Bottleneck in AI Adoption

As companies accelerate AI adoption, many face persistent hurdles such as:

  • Fragmented data systems
  • Legacy infrastructure
  • Extended transformation timelines

CoreOps.AI’s platform addresses these barriers by offering plug-and-play AI capabilities that integrate directly into existing systems—helping organizations modernize 2X faster and reduce operational costs by up to 25%, according to CEO Rajiv Srivastava.

Positioned in a Fast-Growing AI Automation Market

CoreOps.AI enters a market seeing rapid enterprise adoption of GenAI and AI agents. The enterprise AI segment is projected to reach $155 Bn by 2030, while India’s GenAI market is forecasted to grow to $17 Bn in the same period.

The startup competes with global players like:

  • UiPath
  • ServiceNow
  • Automation Anywhere
  • Dynatrace

It also competes with Indian startups such as Gnani AI, Sarvam AI, thriwin.io, and others in the agentic AI and workflow automation space.

AI Investment Boom Boosts Ecosystem

The fundraise aligns with a broader investment surge in AI across India. From 2022 to Q3 2025, AI-native startups in India have raised over $1.6 Bn, reflecting rising investor confidence in enterprise-focused AI models.

As organisations look beyond experimentation towards full-scale AI transformation, startups like CoreOps.AI are well-positioned to meet the demand for scalable, interoperable AI systems.
