PharmEasy Cofounders Launch All Home, Raise Funds at $120 Mn Valuation

PharmEasy Cofounders Diversify Into Interior Design With New Startup All Home

The tech-driven venture aims to modernise India’s home improvement market, secures backing from Bessemer at $120 Mn valuation.

All Home: A New Venture in Interior Design

PharmEasy cofounders Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, and Hardik Dedhia have launched All Home, a Mumbai-based architectural and interior design startup, marking their entry into India’s growing home improvement space.

  • The startup has raised an undisclosed amount from Bessemer Venture Partners, valuing it at $120 Mn (INR 1,041 Cr).
  • Angel investors include Siddharth Shah (PharmEasy CEO), Kabir Narang (B Capital), and senior executives from Motilal Oswal Financial Services.

Tech-First Approach to Home Improvement

All Home collaborates with brands in the interior design and home improvement sector, offering:

  • Technology support for modern operations.
  • Internet-led manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
  • Market insights to help brands scale efficiently.

The startup promises a transparent purchase process, access to innovative products, and competitive pricing.

Early Traction and Market Opportunity

Operating in stealth mode for the past six months, All Home claims to have:

  • Achieved rapid scale and operational profitability.
  • Onboarded brands like Colour Coats, House of W, and Fiamarc, with more partnerships expected soon.

The platform is launched at a strategic time, with:

  • India’s home decor market projected to hit $40.98 Bn by 2028, growing at 4.14% CAGR.
  • The online home decor market expected to reach $5.4 Bn this year, growing at 20.4% CAGR, per Research Markets data.

Cofounders’ Roles and Strategic Shift

The PharmEasy cofounders have divided responsibilities:

  • Dharmil Sheth: Leading operations.
  • Dhaval Shah: Overseeing brand building, finance, legal, compliance, and HR.
  • Hardik Dedhia: Heading technology functions.

Four of the five PharmEasy cofounders, including Sheth, Shah, Dedhia, and Harsh Parekh, stepped down from executive roles at PharmEasy in January 2025, though they remain on the company’s board.

The founders believe All Home addresses a growing consumer need:

“Consumers are increasingly investing in their living and working spaces, but lack access to proper channels and products. Our platform bridges that gap,” they said in a joint statement.
