There is no shortage of qualified, educated candidates in the country who are eager to enter the workforce. This problem was on the minds of both parties when TCS started the National Qualifier Test. The test assesses cognitive skills, industry-specific knowledge, and specialized skills required for a particular job as a multi-level assessment.
Exam registration for August 2021 and November 2021 is now open
The test is conducted every quarter of the year and can be taken at home or at TCS iON authorized centers. Scores from this test are valid for two years.
The candidates with approved TCS NQT scores are able to apply for various jobs TCS iON Job Listing Portal. The candidate with good scores is eligible to apply for employment at TCS as well as other firms.
Final year, pre-final year students and professionals with less than 2 years of experience are likely to apply for this test.

The structure of TCS NQT is not uniform. Candidates can apply for various tests according to their own needs and their career objectives.
Testing is available in the following formats – Cognitive Skills NQT – ?599, Attitudinal Alignment NQT – Rs. 399, Subject NQT – Rs. 399 to Rs. 799, Industry NQT – Banking and Financial Services – Rs. 399, Industry NQT – Information Technology – Rs. 399, TCS NQT – BFS Career Readiness Pack – Rs. 999, TCS NQT – IT Careers Readiness Pack – Rs. 999.
TCS is also planning to launch tests for other industries and jobs in addition to those already available.
