TCS Smart Hiring is an exclusive job opportunity for full-time Graduates from BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Chemistry, Physics, Electronics, Biochem, and Maths) and B.Voc in CS or IT.

The graduates from 2019, 2020 & 2021 batches are eligible to apply.

TCS Smart Hiring Process
Registration Dates
On June 6, 2021, a test will be conducted and candidates who passed the test will get the details about the interview process within few days.

The deadline for registration is May 23, 2021.

Test details
The TCS Smart Hiring Test will only be available online.

A laptop or desktop computer can be used to take the Online Remote Proctored Assessment.

You cannot give the test on your Mobile as mobile devices are not supported for this assessment.

The exam will consist of 80 questions to be answered in 120 minutes.

The following Sections Will Be Included In The Test:
Verbal Ability will have 24 questions and 30 Minutes will be provided.

For Reasoning Ability and this part consist of 30 Questions and 50 Minutes will be provided.

For Numerical Ability, 40 Minutes will be provided with 26 Questions.

Eligibility Criteria.
Full-time Graduates from BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Chemistry, Electronics, Biochem and Maths) and B.Voc in CS or IT – 2019, 2020 & 2021 Year of Passing.

Candidates who have a CGPA of 5 or 50% throughout Academics in X/ XII / BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Chemistry, Physics, Electronics, Biochem and Maths) and B.Voc in CS or IT can apply. Also, the Candidates passing out year should be 2021.

During the TCS Selection process, the applicant cannot have more than one active backlog/arrear/ATKT. There are no pending backlogs for applicants who graduated in 2019 and 2020.

Gap Criteria
At the time of the TCS Selection Process, the applicant should be between the ages of 18 and 28. There should be no more than a two-year gap in academic tenure. At various phases of the selection process, TCS will conduct Eligibility Checks.

TCS maintains the right not to proceed with a student’s candidature if they are discovered to be ineligible at any point.

If full-time graduation is the highest qualification, a student from the National Institute of Open Schooling – NIOS (Std. X and Std. XII) can take the test.

Interested graduates must apply by registering on the NextStep Portal and register under the IT category.

The “Apply For Drive” prompt will appear on the screen after submitting your application.

Upload your resume and a photo to your application form. On this page, click “Apply for Drive” to finish the process.
