Transteel Wins Big with Pan-India Workspace Deals Worth ₹7.5 Crore

The Bengaluru-based workspace solutions firm strengthens presence across metros with turnkey interior and ergonomic furniture deals.

Transteel Wins Major Contracts Across Top Indian Cities

Transteel, a provider of workspace interiors and ergonomic furniture, has announced the acquisition of new orders worth ₹7.5 crore from several high-profile enterprises, including Brookfield Properties, Oberoi Realty, Quess Corp, Saint-Gobain Ltd, and GE Healthcare.

The company shared the update in an exchange filing on August 21, stating that these contracts cover projects in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai — key hubs for commercial real estate and corporate offices.

End-to-End Workspace Solutions

The contracts position Transteel as a full-stack office solutions provider, covering:

  • Interior design and build
  • Supply and installation of ergonomic office furniture
  • Project management for multi-city office deployments

This model enables the company to support corporate expansion and workspace redesign efforts at scale, tailored to post-pandemic hybrid work requirements.

Strategic Partnerships with Industry Leaders

The ₹7.5 crore win includes projects from some of India’s most influential enterprises:

  • Brookfield Properties – a global real estate player with a large commercial footprint
  • Oberoi Realty – a premium real estate developer in Mumbai
  • GE Healthcare – a leading global medical technology and diagnostics firm
  • Quess Corp – India’s largest business services provider
  • Saint-Gobain Limited – a multinational leader in sustainable building materials

These partnerships highlight Transteel’s growing credibility as a preferred vendor for high-value, pan-India workspace projects.

Momentum in the Commercial Real Estate Segment

With the commercial real estate market recovering and companies returning to physical workspaces in hybrid models, demand for modern, flexible, and employee-centric interiors is on the rise.

Transteel’s recent wins reflect:

  • Strong demand for ergonomic and wellness-focused office setups
  • An increasing need for scalable, end-to-end workspace partners
  • Corporate preference for design-build models that combine speed with customization
