The introduction of Revamp is part of Urban Company’s broader push to create alternate revenue streams ahead of its IPO in 2026.
- The company is eyeing new categories in product-led services, as seen in its previous launches like:
- Water purifiers and smart locks (2023)
- Upcoming air conditioners expected by summer 2026
- Urban Company has also been generating revenue through tool and equipment sales to its gig workforce.

Urban Company’s latest offering comes three months after filing its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for a public issue worth INR 1,900 Cr.
- INR 429 Cr will be raised via fresh issue
- INR 1,471 Cr via Offer for Sale (OFS)
- IPO proceeds will go toward tech development, office lease payments, and marketing spend

- Operating revenue surged 38.2% YoY to INR 1,144.4 Cr, up from INR 828 Cr in FY24
