Wingify and AB Tasty Merge to Build $500 Mn Global SaaS Player

The all-stock merger combines two leading CRO platforms with over $100 Mn ARR, 4,000+ customers, and Everstone as anchor investor.

Wingify + AB Tasty = Global SaaS Giant in the Making

In a significant consolidation move in the global SaaS landscape, India’s Wingify is merging with Paris-based AB Tasty to form a $500 Mn global experimentation and personalisation platform.

The merged company will boast over $100 Mn in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and serve more than 4,000 customers worldwide, according to CEO Sparsh Gupta, who will lead the new entity.

“This merger combines two vision-aligned platforms to unlock scale in experimentation and personalisation at a global level,” Gupta said.

From Delhi to Paris: A Cross-Continental Union

Both companies offer tools to optimise digital experiences through A/B testing, user behaviour analytics, and personalisation.

  • Wingify’s flagship VWO is used in over 90 countries by clients like Disney, UNICEF, Flydubai, and Decathlon
  • AB Tasty, with strong European roots, brings complementary reach and enterprise depth

The combined entity will have a strong presence in the US and Europe, accounting for 90% of total revenue, and operate out of 11 offices across North America, Europe, LATAM, and APAC.

Together, they aim to become a dominant global force in conversion rate optimisation (CRO)—a market projected to grow rapidly as brands double down on digital performance.

The Everstone Playbook

Private equity major Everstone is a key architect of this deal. In early 2025, it acquired an 80% stake in Wingify for ~$200 Mn in cash, one of the largest SaaS buyouts in India.

Now, Everstone will inject fresh capital into the merged company and emerge as its largest institutional shareholder.

The deal also marked the exit of founder Paras Chopra, who sold most of his stake alongside his father, signaling a shift to a new growth chapter under professional leadership.

Leadership Realignment & Strategic Depth

The newly formed leadership team reflects a balance of continuity and integration:

  • Sparsh Gupta (CEO, Wingify) → CEO of combined entity
  • Ankit Jain (VWO cofounder) → Chief Product & Tech Officer
  • RĂ©mi Aubert (AB Tasty cofounder) → Chief Customer & Strategy Officer
  • Alix de Sagazan (AB Tasty cofounder) → Chief Revenue Officer

The merger follows Wingify’s December 2025 acquisition of YC-backed Blitzllama, bolstering its AI-powered user research stack—another lever for product differentiation.

Why This Merger Matters

In a sector where scale, enterprise credibility, and product innovation are key, this merger gives the new entity:

  • Global reach + local execution
  • Balanced revenue streams across geographies
  • A de-risked growth model, with diversified enterprise client base
  • Innovation edge via Blitzllama-backed AI capabilities

Can this merged player take on giants like Optimizely and Adobe Target? That’s the new battleground.

TL;DR
Wingify’s VWO is merging with France’s AB Tasty to form a $500 Mn global SaaS entity with $100 Mn+ ARR. Everstone, which bought 80% of Wingify for $200 Mn, will be the largest investor. The merged platform will serve 4,000+ clients, operate across 11 global offices, and be led by Sparsh Gupta.
