Lady Gaga is always known for her pop hits and meat dresses, but the trailer for the upcoming movie House of Gucci shows her in slightly more luxurious couture.
House of Gucci focuses on the relationship between Patrizia Reggiani (Lady Gaga) and her ex-husband, Maurizio Gucci (Adam Driver), the head of luxury Italian fashion house Gucci. The biographical film isn’t all clothes and canapés, however, as it ultimately culminates in a murder that is very public.
Besides Jared Leto and Jeremy Irons, Salma Hayek, Jack Huston, and Al Pacino, all of whom will presumably perform Italian accents to the best of their abilities in the film directed by Ridley Scott. Although Gaga’s big voice, big hair, and more extensive presence will be the film’s magnet, if the trailer is any indication.
On November 24, House of Gucci will be released in theaters.
