Investors Are Expected To Invest Rs 20,000 Crore In 11 Ipos In July!

An estimated amount of Rs. 24000 crore will be raised from 11 IPOs in July. Five companies, including Dodla Dairy, Sona Comstar, and KIMS, have already launched their IPOs in June.
These companies include GR Infraprojects, Glenmark Life Sciences, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, and Seven Islands Shipping.

As per reports, more than Rs. Twenty thousand crores have been raised by Indian companies in the second half of 2020, and nearly? 40,000 crore in the first half of 2021. Also, 20 companies are waiting for the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approval with papers already filed to launch their IPOs in the second half of 2021.

Let’s have a look at the 11 companies that will be launching their IPOs this month:

GR Infraprojects
Beginning July 7, the IPO will be open for subscription for three days. The promoters and shareholders are also offering to sell up to 11.5 million shares. GR Infraprojects has set a price band of Rs.828 to 837 per share for its initial Rs. 963 crore share sale.

Glenmark Life Sciences
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd., the parent company, is offering Rs. 1160 crore in shares and up to 7.31 million shares in an IPO.

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank
Utkarsh Small Finance will be launching the IPO and raise Rs. 1,350 crore. Does the initial offering include a new issue of? Up to 750 crores and an offer for sale of? 600 crore by promoter Utkarsh Coreinvest Ltd.

Shriram Properties
Shriram Properties will be raising Rs. Eight hundred crores through its IPO with an initial offering of Rs. 250 crores. There also is an offer for sale of up to Rs. 550 crore by current shareholders and promoters.

Seven Islands Shipping
This company has received SEBI’s approval to raise Rs. Six hundred crores through an initial share sale. The company’s IPO includes a new issue amounting to? Up to 400 crores and an offer for sale? FIH Mauritius Investments invested 200 crore.

Nuvoco Vistas Corp:
Nuvoco Vistas will be raising Rs. Five thousand crores through the initial public offer. Will it include a new issue of? 1,500 crore and an offer for sale of? 3,500 crore by the promoter entity Niyogi Enterprise Pvt Ltd.

Aadhaar Housing Finance
The company intends to sell shares worth Rs. One thousand five hundred crores through the IPO. additionally, will Blackstone sell its existing shares worth? 5,800 crore.

Vijaya Diagnostics
This company plans to raise Rs. Two thousand crores from its IPO. Reportedly, investors and promoters will collectively dilute a 35 percent stake

Ami Organics
Ami Organics will be launching its IPO worth Rs. 650 crore. This is the second attempt of the company to launch an initial share sale.

Clean Science Technology
The company will be launching this IPO for more than Rs. 1,546 crore and has fixed a price band of Rs. 880-900. The IPO will be conducted between July 7 and July 9, 2021.

Arohan Financial Services
The company will be launching its IPO to raise Rs. 1800 crores. Does this include a new issue worth? 850 crores and an OFS.
