3i Infotech Ltd has secured a fresh international contract through its UAE subsidiary, adding revenue visibility after reporting a sharp improvement in profitability during FY26.
The company said 3i Infotech Software Solutions L.L.C., its UAE-based subsidiary, received a purchase order dated June 19, 2026, from a leading technology company in the UAE.
The customer has not been identified because of confidentiality obligations.
₹33.6 crore order from UAE
The contract is valued at around AED 13.08 million, or approximately ₹33.6 crore, excluding taxes.
The agreement is valid for one year and can be extended by mutual consent.
Scope of work
The order covers professional services and the rebadging of IT resources.
Under the arrangement, employees working for the client will move to 3i Infotech’s payroll and provide services across multiple customer environments.
The contract spans several technology functions, including:
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud security
- Network operations
- Infrastructure support
- Service delivery
- Systems administration
- Engineering services
Although the contract is relatively small compared with the company’s annual revenue, it strengthens 3i Infotech’s presence in the Middle East, which management has identified as a key growth market.
FY26 profitability improves sharply
For FY26, 3i Infotech reported consolidated revenue of ₹693.3 crore, compared with ₹725.8 crore in FY25.
The decline was partly due to the closure of the company’s Saudi Arabia branch, which had contributed around ₹30 crore in FY25.
Profitability, however, improved significantly.

- EBITDA: ₹72 crore

India contributed 40% of revenue, though business from the country declined 15.6%, partly because of the Saudi exit and customer churn in the BPS segment.
Management is repositioning the BPS business towards AI-led and digital services.

The company’s largest business remains the Application-Automation-Analytics (AAA) segment.
