Concord Enviro Strengthens Order Book With New Industrial Contract

Concord Enviro Systems Ltd. gained sharply on June 16 after its wholly owned subsidiary, Rochem Separation Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd., secured a new industrial order worth about Rs 16 crore.

Following the announcement, the stock rose nearly 9.15 percent to around Rs 293.60 in early trade.

According to a regulatory filing dated June 15, 2026, the order has been received from one of India’s oldest integrated steel manufacturers.

Project to be completed within 12 months

Under the contract, Rochem Separation Systems will undertake:

  • Design of the wastewater treatment plant (WTP)
  • Manufacturing and supply of equipment
  • Erection and commissioning
  • Demonstration of the plant
  • Installation of a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system

The project is meant for the client’s Cold Rolling Complex and is scheduled to be executed within 12 months.

Growing demand for ZLD solutions

Steel manufacturing is among the most water-intensive industries. Cold rolling operations generate large quantities of wastewater containing chemical contaminants.

Zero Liquid Discharge technology helps industries recycle most of the wastewater generated and eliminates liquid discharge.

Demand for such systems has been rising as environmental regulations become stricter and companies focus more on sustainability and compliance requirements.

Latest order adds to business momentum

The new contract comes shortly after Concord Enviro secured another major order in May.

In May 2026, the company received a Rs 126 crore ZLD contract, strengthening its position in the industrial wastewater treatment segment.

Management’s order pipeline also remains healthy.

As of March 2026, the company had:

  • Total order pipeline of Rs 828 crore
  • Annual contract value of Rs 536 crore

Q4 FY26 sees profit turnaround

Key Q4 FY26 numbers:

  • Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 14.15 crore.
  • The company had reported a loss of Rs 8.17 crore in the previous quarter.
  • EBITDA margins declined to 9 percent due to higher input costs and delays in international projects.
