Lloyds Enterprises Signs Deal to Buy 17.98% Stake in SISCOL for ₹219 Crore

Lloyds Enterprises Ltd. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a direct 17.98% equity stake in Steel Infra Solutions Company Ltd. (SISCOL) for ₹219 crore.

The acquisition comes after Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd. (LEWL), a group company, acquired a 52.16% stake in SISCOL. Following the latest transaction, the broader Lloyds Group’s ownership in SISCOL will rise to about 88%.
