NBCC Strengthens Pipeline With Fresh Rs. 20.92 Crore Contracts

NBCC (India) Ltd. has secured two new domestic project management consultancy contracts worth Rs. 20.92 crore, adding to an order pipeline that has grown to a record Rs. 1.27 lakh crore.

According to an exchange filing dated June 16, NBCC secured two project management consultancy (PMC) orders:

  • Rs. 12.44 crore contract from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. for the construction of a 150-bed Vishram Sadan at Kurnool Government Hospital.

NBCC is looking to benefit from increased government spending on healthcare infrastructure following announcements in the Union Budget 2026.

The company is also expanding its real estate redevelopment business beyond Delhi and is pursuing opportunities in:

  • Kerala
  • Maharashtra
  • Goa

In addition, NBCC is exploring overseas growth through projects in Dubai.
