Smartworks Adds 15,000 Sq Ft at Manulife Tower in Singapore

Smartworks, India’s largest managed office platform by area under management, has expanded its presence in Singapore through its wholly owned subsidiary Smartworks Space Pte Ltd.

The company has added 15,000 square feet of managed office space at Manulife Tower in Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD).

With the latest addition, Smartworks’ total footprint in Singapore has crossed 50,000 sq ft, including facilities at Great Eastern Centre and Keppel Bay Tower.

The new office space is located in a certified green building above the Telok Ayer MRT station.
