Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd (KICL) has outlined its Vision 2030 strategy, setting out expansion plans across agriculture, drone technology, geospatial intelligence and footwear manufacturing.

KICL added that it is progressing through the DGCA Type Certification process.
It has also established a Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) to train drone operators.
Footwear expansion plans
The footwear business forms another pillar of the Vision 2030 strategy.
Through a joint venture with Taiwan-based Evervan Shoe Town Group, the company has set up two manufacturing facilities in Tamil Nadu.

- Expected to begin production for Adidas in July 2026
Combined capacity from the two plants is expected to reach 80 million pairs annually.
KICL has also secured a 30-year licence for the Kickers brand across nine countries, including India.
The company owns the Zodiz and Jeetlo brands and plans to expand their retail presence.
It has set a target of contributing at least 10% of India’s footwear exports by 2030.
