Following its launch in China, Oppo Reno 14 5G is now officially headed for global markets, including Japan (July 17) and Malaysia (July 1).
- A wider international release is anticipated around the same time, though the Reno 14 Pro has not yet debuted outside China.

The Reno 14 5G features a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution (2760 x 1256 pixels) and 120Hz refresh rate, delivering vivid visuals with a peak brightness of 1200 nits.
- The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, and the phone is IP68/IP69-rated, offering strong resistance to water and dust.
- Dimensions stand at 158 x 75 x 7.4mm, with a lightweight build of 187 grams.

Oppo has equipped the Reno 14 5G with a 50MP front camera supporting autofocus and 4K 60fps video recording.

At its core, the Reno 14 5G runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 SoC, coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage for seamless multitasking and fast data speeds.
- It features a 6,000mAh battery supported by 80W wired charging (no wireless charging).
- The device includes a 4,700mm² vapor chamber for efficient thermal management.

Running ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, the phone is geared with a host of flagship-level features:
