- According to a credible leak from @Tarunvats33, a new beta build (U4ZYF1) is being tested internally, which bumps the bootloader version from v3 to v4—a sign that new regions are about to be included.
- Before the beta goes live, users in these countries are expected to receive the June 2025 security patch as part of a preparation update.
June 2025 Update: Security and Bootloader Alignment
The June update (S4AYF2) is likely to be released ahead of the One UI 8 Beta rollout in India and Poland.
- This patch will include 36 Android security fixes from Google and an additional 19 from Samsung, making it one of the more substantial monthly updates.
- Updating the bootloader to version 4 will also allow testers to safely roll back to stable software if needed during the beta testing phase.
