How to Earn Gold Coins on Paytm
Paytm users can accumulate gold coins on a wide range of transactions made through the platform:
- Eligible payment types:
- UPI
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Net banking
- Qualifying transactions include:
- Scan & Pay at merchant outlets
- Online purchases
- Utility bill payments
- Mobile and DTH recharges
- Recurring payments (like subscriptions)
- Peer-to-peer money transfers

- Payments using credit cards or RuPay credit cards via UPI earn double gold coins.
- Gold coins are credited at 1% of the total transaction value.
How to Redeem Gold Coins for Digital Gold
Once earned, gold coins can be tracked and converted into Digital Gold through the Paytm app:
- Step 1: Open the Paytm app and navigate to the âGold Coinsâ widget on the home screen to view your balance.
- Step 2: You need a minimum of 1,500 coins to redeem.
