Ahead of Diwali, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has announced a comprehensive hike in wages and honorariums for various categories of state government employees and local body representatives.
The announcement, termed a “big Diwali gift,” aims to support low and mid-level public workers across departments and provide financial relief during the festive season starting October 18.
