According to a report from Music Business Worldwide, Apple informed record labels and distributors through a newsletter outlining new metadata tools designed to improve transparency around AI in music production.

The goal: help industry partners clearly disclose how and where AI was used in a release.

How the New Metadata Tags Will Work
