The flagship Vivo X80 lineup is all set to enter the Chinese market on April 25. The Chinese smartphone maker confirmed the launch date for the lineup via a Weibo post. The teaser post contained a short video that suggests that this premium lineup will come with a Quad camera unit on the back and there will be an Orange colour option as well.
The Vivo X80 lineup will likely include X80 Pro Plus, X80 Pro and X80 and out of these three, one handset could get a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset.
As mentioned earlier, the Vivo X80 lineup will debut on April 25 in China, and as reported earlier, it was also spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS). Following the launch in China, the X80 series could soon arrive in India. The launch event will take place at 7 PM CST which is 4:30 PM IST on April 25.
The upcoming Vivo X80 lineup has now been made available for pre-booking in China on the official website of the company. According to reports, the X80 Pro Plus handset will come with a Samsung GN1 lens of 50 megapixels at the back along with a Sony IMX598 lens of 48 megapixels, a 12 megapixel portrait lens, and a periscope lens of 8 megapixels.
The Vivo X80 lineup has also been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) site with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. Soon after it has been introduced in China, we can expect it to arrive in India as well.
