Xiaomi Mijia Glasses Launched With SD 8 SoC, 50 MP Camera And 10,200 mAh Battery

Xiaomi has announced the Mijia Glasses and has listed it on the XiaomiYouPin website. With the newly launched glasses, you get a 50 megapixel quad bayer four in one wide angle camera along with an 8 megapixel periscope telephoto camera with optical image stabilization. The weight of these glasses is 100 gram and it offers 15x hybrid zoom and 5x optical zoom.

The Chinese tech company has listed the Xiaomi Mijia Glasses on the XiaomiYouPin website and the crowdfunding will start from August 3. Customers who qualify can book these glasses from the website; however, the company has not yet disclosed the pricing.

report suggests that the Xiaomi Mijia Glasses Camera’s pricing has been set at CNY 2,699 which is roughly Rs 31,500 in Indian currency; however, until the crowdfunding period ends, the price will be CNY 2,499 which is roughly Rs 29,200 in Indian currency.

The specs of the glasses include a 50 megapixel quad bayer four in one wide angle lens and an 8 megapixel periscope telephoto lens with optical image stabilization (OIS). Furthermore, it offers 15x hybrid zoom and 5x optical zoom. With a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 core independent computing platform, the glasses can also be connected to a smartphone.

The glasses can translate languages from English to Chinese and vice versa. New updates will include more features, according to the company. The glasses have a peak brightness of 3,000 nits and it will pack 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage capacity. Furthermore, it has a battery of 10,200 mAh that supports 10 W charging.
