Apple is all set to launch the M2 MacBook Air later this year, and a leak by John Prosser has revealed that Apple will bring the same color options on the MacBook Air as are present on the new iMac.
Recently, Apple has launched the new M1-powered 24” iMac, which comes in seven color options.
Read on to find out all the details about this new leak about the MacBook Air!
MacBook/MacBook Air To Come In Seven Color Options
It was only last month when Apple launched the new iMac with seven color options and an all-new flat design with white display bezels.
As per tipster John Prosser, the upcoming M2 MacBook Air will also come with a big redesign. He had recently uploaded render images that revealed to us a Blue M2 MacBook Air.
Some new renders that have been created in collaboration with Ian Zelbo (@RedersbyIan) also confirm the major design changes to Apple’s laptop line.
MacBook Air To Come With All New Flat Design
The device, which can be either the next MacBook Air or a successor to the regular MacBook also confirms the seven color options similar to the recently launched iMac. It also shows the squared off sides of the device and the signature MacBook Air tapered edge is no longer there.
The sides of the device show USB-C ports, whereas at the bottom, there are two big rubber feet which will help keep the laptop a bit raised and for thermal management.
Additionally, the laptop will come with Apple’s next-gen M2 chipset.
As for the screen, the leak reveals that the laptop will come with thin bezels colored in white and a webcam centered at the top. The keyboard is also similar in color, it’s white and also comes with the usual layout with a Touch ID sensor embedded in one of the keys. The trackpad also seems to match the ones found on current MacBook laptops where size is confirmed.
