BJP leader Rohan Kavalekar has slammed Congress leader Michael Lobo in a press conference held on Tuesday. Kavlekar has questioned Lobo why he didn’t give a candidate from the Bhandari community in shivoli? If he pretends that he loves the Bhandari community.
Ahead of the Goa elections, all party leaders are seen criticizing and making allegations on each other. Kavlekar has slammed Lobo after quitting BJP, he said, “Lobo left BJP and joined congress as he felt wife’s love important and now he is teaching loyalty lessons. Also, Lobo should inform what support he gave for Mapusa when he was a waste management minster.”
He spoke at a press conference at the BJP office in North Goa. Bardesh Bhandari Samaj president Narayan Mandrekar and former vice president Vinod Phadke were present.
“Michael Lobon tried to get a sewage pumping station near the area of Shantadurga temple in Calangute. Also, opposed to the cemetery near the Babareshwar temple, Michael was not interested in the development of Mapusa but was infiltrating Mapusa only for the sake of Sudhir Kandolkar,” alleged Kalvekar.
