And now, the artistic state is all set to host a 7-day annual cultural festival ‘Utsavam 2021 from today, Feb 20. With 30 venues across the state, this festival is as sumptuous as it can get.
Hundreds Of Artists Will Perform At The 13th Edition Of The Festival
As a part of the festival, hundreds of artists representing a variety of folk, tribal and ethnic traditions popular across the state would perform during the 13th edition of the festival. In terms of the event, well, it is being organised by Kerala Tourism with Kerala Folklore Academy, Bharat Bhavan, and District Tourism Promotion Councils.
