Paytm is an app that is easy to use thanks to its simple icons, words, and overall design. Simple interface makes it easy for even a first-time user to use. While Google Pay shows your contacts and bills that you can pay, the overall user interface isn’t as well-categorized as Paytm and can be difficult for a first-time user to understand. Finally, PhonePe’s interface is quite similar to Paytm’s, so the overall design is simple, but it’s not as neat and spacious as Paytm’s. So, Paytm is the clear winner when it comes to user interface.
Payment Facility
With Google Pay, you don’t get a wallet option like with the other two apps, so money is taken directly from your bank account during payments. Paytm and PhonePe, on the other hand, offer a wallet and UPI functionality as well as the option to make payments via credit card, debit card, as well as net banking. Paytm’s wallet, however, is far more popular than PhonePe’s and it has a lot more users than PhonePe, making Paytm the winner once again.
App Speed
Let’s now take a look at the fastest app for making transactions? There have been complaints about Google Pay’s pending transaction issue, which is quite frustrating. First-time Google Pay users may find it challenging to make a payment. Paytm and PhonePe, on the other hand, are far easier to use.
