Hero Electric Expands Dealership Network In India, Plans For 1000 Touchpoints

Hero Electric opened three new dealerships. As a result of these new outlets, the company will achieve its goal of establishing 1000 touchpoints. The company added three dealers to its network: Alpha Motors, Tirunelveli; DK Motors, Vellore; and Elite Motors, Ranipet. The centers provide both sales and service, allowing customers to choose new electric two-wheelers and also get after-sales service.

CEO of Hero Electric, Sohinder Gill, said, “There is an increase in demand for electric two-wheelers due to greater awareness and better infrastructure.”. Hero is pleased to welcome Elite Motors, DK Motors, and Alpha Motors to our network in Tamil Nadu. Taking advantage of the electric vehicle revolution and promoting clean mobility solutions, e2W demand has increased beyond Tier 1 markets. We plan to establish a strong dealership network and service outlets for a comprehensive EV ownership experience. We at Hero are constantly working to transform the mobility space in India, and Tamil Nadu is among our priority markets in which we will continue to expand.”

In addition, Haridas K Nair, Regional Head at Hero Electric, commented, “We are excited to expand on our distribution ecosystem and enhance our partnerships across the region to bring our products to smaller centers. Hero stands for commitment, trust, and support to make our consumers’ lives easier by providing greener mobility solutions, improved services, and assisting them in contributing to the EV shift.”

Hero Electric is currently the largest brand of electric 2-wheelers in the country. Hero Electric has consistently held the top position in terms of sales volume. Among the products offered by the brand are both high-speed and low-speed scooters. To encourage buyers, Hero Electric also offers a 5-year warranty on its lithium-ion electric scooters. It covers the entire scooter (except the battery and charger).
