In India, the German luxury car brand Mercedes is likely to launch the new C-Class in May 2022. The fifth-generation (W206) C-Class was globally revealed about a year ago.
MD and CEO of Mercedes-Benz India, Martin Schwenk, expects the new-generation C-Class to follow its predecessor’s footsteps and “further drive up volumes”.
With an exterior styling influenced by the new generation S-Class, the 2022 C-Class is 65 mm longer than the outgoing model that is all but out of stock now.
On the inside, along with more space, there is new age technology throughout, including the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and the 11.9-inch infotainment touchscreen, taken straight from the big daddy S-Class.
