But if you have a flight ticket booking with Air India, you have very little to worry about as the airline is offering several waivers. Because of travel restrictions announced by countries like the UK, UAE, Singapore, and others, the airlines have announced several waivers for those holding international tickets.

Waivers Offered By Air India
Keeping in mind the current situation, Air India has decided to offer the following benefits/flexibility for passengers holding tickets for international travel:

Flexibility of routing change
Flexibility of sector change
Enhance travel validity
Waiver for fare difference and change penalty
Flexibility of cabin change
Enhanced refund validity

Senior Citizens To Get 50% Discount On Air India Flights

The official website of the airline has mentioned the criteria required for the scheme. The offer is applicable only to domestic flights. The senior citizen must be of Indian nationality and a permanent resident of India. On the date of departure, the person should have attained 60 years of age.
