Every Xbox Game Pass title joining the service by March 2022

Xbox Game Pass engages its subscribers in ways that few other services, in games or streaming, do. Unlike Epic Games Store users, who know what to expect on Thursdays and PS Plus members, who know what to expect on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Xbox Game Pass can release anything at any time. A slew of upcoming games is often announced for about half a month, but then there are always more announcements and surprises.

Xbox Game Pass selections can change nearly as fast as they are announced. Xbox Game Pass has already revealed a strong lineup for the rest of the month, so more games may be added before the month ends.

Xbox Game Pass March 2022

PC Game Pass subscribers can access five games, Cloud subscribers can access two games, and Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S subscribers can access seven games. Below you can see the sheer variety of titles (mostly indies), genres, and more. These titles include everything announced to release after this writing.

  • Kraken Academy!! – March 22 (PC and Console)
  • Tainted Grail: Conquest – March 22 (Console)
  • Zero Escape: The Nonary Games – March 22 (PC, Cloud, Console)
  • A Memoir Blue – March 24 (PC and Console)
  • Norco – March 24 (PC)
  • F1 2021 – March 24 (Console)
  • Crusader Kings 3 – March 29 (Console)
  • Weird West – March 31 (PC, Cloud, Console)

Kraken Academy uses a magical kraken to tackle a time loop game, while Tainted Grail: Conquest is a roguelite with turn-based RPG elements and deckbuilding elements. Zero Escape is a series of remastered games, combining psychological horror, mystery, suspense, thriller, sci-fi, visual novels, and escape-it’s a lot, but it is highly praised. A Memoir Blue is an interactive poem, while Norco is a Southern Gothic point-and-click adventure.

The month concludes with a few “bigger” games, including F1 2021, a popular racing game. Another popular title is Crusader Kings 3 which falls under the strategy RPG genre, while Weird West is an upcoming western action RPG.

Even with the sheer number, variety, and quality of the games coming to Xbox Game Pass before the end of March, there are perhaps two more compelling reasons to consider. The first is how Xbox Game Pass surprises its subscribers, and these confirmed games aren’t necessarily the only ones coming this month. As with Tunic’s surprise release on Game Pass, there may be more surprises and announcements before the end of the year. The second is that Game Pass is the gift that keeps on giving, and fans know more are on the way in April.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers get a handful of free games every month.
